Mid-life isn’t a decline, it’s a powerful transition. And for many women, it comes with fatigue, inflammation, body changes, and a quiet sense of disconnection.
If you’ve felt tired, unsure of what’s next, or disconnected from your body, you’re not alone, and you’re not meant to figure it out alone.
As a child, I thrived in nature’s playground, running wild, exploring freely, and finding peace in movement and solitude. But somewhere along the way, adulthood dulled that fire. Life’s demands buried my vitality beneath responsibility and routine. Many of the women I now support describe this same slow loss of energy and self-connection.
Then came the pause. In my 40s, Covid forced stillness. And in that quiet, I rediscovered what lights me up. After years of mentoring others and leading teams, I realised I was ready to lead myself, back to clarity, strength, and soul.
3 years ago, I found functional fitness in a deeply supportive space. It wasn’t about weight loss or chasing perfection. It was about reclaiming control, understanding my body, and embracing wellness as a menopausal woman. That experience cracked something open in me - I felt alive again.
That journey now shapes how I support women through mid-life, with nourishment, supportive movement, nervous system care, and mentorship that honours your body’s wisdom and this season of change.

I created Her Wellness Path because I saw too many women entering mid-life feeling depleted, disconnected from their bodies, their energy, and their sense of purpose.
I knew there had to be a better way, one rooted in nourishment, movement, and soulful support.
Through my own journey of learning to listen to my body, move with intention, and create grounding daily rituals, I experienced what it feels like to reconnect with clarity, strength, and self-trust, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.
Now, I help other women do the same.
Her Wellness Path is a sanctuary for women in mid-life and beyond who are ready to rise, not start over, but step into the most powerful chapter of their lives. It’s for lifelong learners, late bloomers, and women who know there’s more waiting for them.
