Hey there

Hi, I’m Genelle.

“You’re not broken. You’re becoming.”

Midlife isn’t a decline, it’s a powerful transition.  If you’ve felt tired, disconnected, or unsure of what’s next, you’re not alone.  And you’re not meant to figure it out alone.

As a child, I thrived in nature’s playground, running wild, exploring freely, and finding peace in movement and solitude. But somewhere along the way, adulthood dulled that fire. Life’s demands buried my vitality beneath responsibility and routine.

Then came the pause. In my 40s, Covid forced stillness.  And in that quiet, I rediscovered what lights me up.  After years of mentoring others and leading teams, I realized I was ready to lead myself, back to clarity, strength, and soul.

Just over two and a half years ago, I found functional fitness in a supportive space. It wasn’t about weight loss or chasing perfection, it was about reclaiming control, understanding my body, and embracing wellness as a menopausal woman. That experience cracked something open in me. I felt alive again.

I created Her Wellness Path because I saw too many women entering midlife feeling dismissed, depleted, and disconnected from their bodies, their energy, and their sense of purpose. I knew there had to be a better way, one rooted in nourishment, movement, and soul.

So I studied. I explored. I began healing.  I learned how to listen to my body, move with intention, and create rituals that grounded me in clarity and strength.  And through that process, I transformed, not just physically, but emotionally. I felt more connected, more empowered, and more myself than I had in years.

Now, I help other women do the same.

Her Wellness Path is a sanctuary for women 50+ who are ready to rise, not start over, but step into the most powerful chapter of their lives.  It’s for the lifelong learners, the late bloomers, the women who know there’s more waiting for them.

I believe midlife isn’t a decline, it’s a deepening.  And I’m here to walk beside you as you:
